To make things easier, we’ve gathered answers to the most common questions our customers ask about orders, shipping, payments, and returns. No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping details, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
We offer free delivery on orders above PKR 5000. For smaller orders, standard delivery charges apply depending on your location.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most areas in Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout.Â
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk and wholesale orders. Please contact us directly for details.Â
Please contact our support team immediately with your order number. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your delivery details.
Some items are restocked depending on availability, especially popular crafts. However, since many are handmade or limited edition, restocks are not always guaranteed.

In some cases, yes. Since we work with artisans, custom requests may be possible. Please contact us with your idea, and we’ll let you know if it can be arranged.
Yes, we frequently run promotions, seasonal discounts, and special offers. You can subscribe to our newsletter or follow our social media accounts to be the first to hear about new deals and coupon codes.Â
We accept payments via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use that to monitor your order’s status until it reaches you.
Currently, Lokshop.pk only ships within Pakistan. At the moment we are not offering international deliveries, but stay tuned — this may change in the future.Â
 Delivery times vary based on your location. For most cities in Pakistan it takes 2–5 business days. For remote areas it could take a bit longer. We’ll keep you updated.

Yes , if your order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation or changes. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipment is underway, cancellation may no longer be possible.
